titled "One Night Of Sin" and recorded by Smiley Lewis in 1956,
this was a song about an orgy.
Elvis cleaned up the lyrics, but the energy is raucous and pounding. A sizzling live version was performed during the NBC-TV Special in 1968, and also in the film TTWII in 1970. |
