Ray's
classic was the first song ever recorded by Elvis for RCA, a powerful, pounding,
rollicking rendition until the slow down at the end.
Elvis loved this one. Released previously on the Double EP Elvis Presley (1956),this single was released in September 1956 by RCA. Performed live on the Dorsey Shows on 11th February 1956. Elvis put together a powerful live version for his later concerts and versions do appear on these albums. |
